Biquinho Yellow Pepper (55 DAYS)

The Brazilian pepper, ‘bee-kee-nyo’, which means ‘little beak’, are 1” pointed, yellow peppers. Marginally tart with a tiny bit of heat, they are more often than not pickled in vinegar but can be eaten raw or cooked. Pop them in to your mouth for a burst of almost fruity tang with a delightful crunch.

Beautiful pepper plants

This took a while to grow, but the pepper plant was nice. The plant itself was ***** and has a cone shaped canopy. The shape looks like a martini glass. The fruit tasted mildly bitter and then a tiny hint of heat. I highly recommend these.
