What Makes a Seed Certified Organic?

Certified organic seeds come from plants grown using approved organic farming practices, without prohibited synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or genetic engineering. From growing and harvesting to storage and packaging, these seeds must meet strict organic standards to maintain their certification.

As a certified organic seed handler, Pinetree follows the required procedures for handling and packaging organic seeds, helping ensure their organic integrity from our farmhouse to your garden.
