Our Shipping Process
We do our best to pack and ship your order within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Tracking and Delivery
USPS picks up packages from our warehouse every weekday, but tracking information may not update right away. Sometimes your package is already on its way before the first scan appears. Delivery may occasionally take a little longer than expected.
If Your Order Seems Stuck
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipment, please reach out to our team. We’ll be happy to look into it and help make things right.
