KITCHEN SINK MIX (1 oz)

Micro greens have recently become the rage in trendy restaurants. These can easily be grown in a window box, on your deck, or even indoors in a sunny location in the dead of winter. We have developed these mixes to enhance your salads year-round and all can be grown in regular potting soil in just about any sort of low, flat container. Sow the seeds close together and it won't be long before you see growth. When the third set of leaves begin to develop you can start to take cuttings. You can continue to take cuttings every few days for several weeks. This huge blend includes many greens, lettuces, chards, onions, and herbs. A total of 16 varieties. A superb salad mix. 1 oz

    Kitchen Sink Mix

I bought this last summer. I used about 1/2 of the bag. This was so tasty and lasted the entire summer. I highly recommend getting this if you don't want to grow the lettuces.

    Kitchen Sink Mix.

We have grown this every year for many years as my wife has many patches of it of of different ages.It is excellent raw cooked. Once it gets tall it goes in the soup kettle.

    glad I bought

This is the first time I used micro greens. I didn't plant the whole package. I can't believe how they last all summer. I ended up re-planting more. These were tasty. I'm hoping to be able to grow the rest for the winter.

    Tasty addition to salads

I have grown this mix in pots for several years. When the plants get large enough I snip some leaves to add to my salads to give them a punch of flavor.
