Mildly pungent. Brown Mustard is easy to grow. Harvesting starts 70-90 days after planting, just as the seed pods develop a brownish tinge. The hotter and drier the climate the faster it goes to seed. Hang in a bag to dry for a couple of weeks, then shake the bag vigorously to release the seeds. Store Brown Mustard seeds in an airtight jar until ready to grind. Grind with an herb grinder or grinding implement. 50 seeds
