    Cauliflower heaven

Currently I am in cauliflower heaven with Snow Crown cauliflower. If I had more space, I would be growing more plants than I put out into my garden. They started easily from seed indoors and I have direct seeded more in the old lettuce bed. The heads are medium size, and will take on a purple tinge if you don't pick them promptly which warns me to snag them before they bolt. They are tasty and sweet. I will plant them again!

    After years of failures with

After years of failures with cauliflower, I tried Snow Crown about three years ago and was rewarded with beautiful early heads. I was ecstatic and continue to be so! I now have about 20 seedlings in the garden, and can't wait for them to mature. This is very reliable and early variety.
