Sensation Mix Nicotiana

This plant is two to three feet tall and covered with blooms of crimson, bright pink, and white. Sweetly scented in the evenings, the trumpet-shaped flowers are something of a sensation.

Germination Temperature: Optimum soil temperatures 70-75ºF

Seed Planting Depth: Sow on the surface, seeds need light to germinate.

Starting Indoors: Start indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Provide 70-75ºF soil temperature. Transplant after the last frost, 10-12" apart. 

Sowing Outdoors: Direct sow after last frost, Sow lightly and thin to 10-12" apart.

Care: Water seedlings regularly until established. Amend soil with compost before transplanting.  Cut back stems as the blooms fade, this encourages more flower production. Reseeds easily.
