Sea Kale

Crambe maritima.

This rare, perennial cabbage-like kale is a versatile addition to any garden. Its wavy blue-gray leaves add color to an all-season garden while its fragrant blossoms attracts pollinators (and our trial gardener!) throughout the summer. Native to the coastal North Atlantic, its blossoms, textured leaves, and midribs can all be eaten throughout the growing season.
