Grape Hyacinth is the most cultivated variety of hyacinth, with bell-shaped, cobalt blue flowers whose tiny petals are dipped in a touch of white. They are an heirloom bulb variety that willnaturalize easily. Their vibrant blue flowers look great in borders, and rock gardens, sprinkled on the edge of lawn spaces or woodland areas.

Care: Amend soil with compost before planting bulbs. Feed with a granular flower bulb fertilizer at planting time or in the spring when the leaves emerge. Cut back spent flowers and allow foliage to die back naturally before removing it (4-6 weeks after flowering). Will continue to multiply each year and can be split every few years.
