The taste and appearance of this cress is a bit different than the other cress we carry. When you first taste the finely cut, wrinkly, crinkly leaves it brings on a warm spicy flavor then surprisingly ends with a burst of sweetness. It is a splendid addition for a salad mix and can be fun to experiment with its distinctive flavor in the kitchen. Resists bolting well so you can have a few harvests from one planting.

Harvest: Cut leaves at 2-3"
Tips: Plant in fertile, well drained soil. Amend with compost before planting if needed. Provide adequate, even moisture for the best growth.

I would love to try this….apparently it’s delicious as the rabbits have cleared it out!
