Snowflake Baby's Breath is a must-have perennial for cutting or border garden! It will grow masses of wiry branches with airy, cloud-like sprays of dainty double-white flowers, blooming in early summer and onward. Commonly used as a filler in bouquets and dried floral arrangements. Once established it is easy to care for and will multiply each season. Keeping the flowers cut prolongs blooming. Grows to 40”. PLANTING

Germination: 7-14 days

Germination Temperature: Optimum soil temperatures are 70-75ºF

Seed Planting Depth: Sow on the surface and press into soil, seeds need light to germinate

Starting Indoors:  Start indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Provide 70-75ºF soil temperature. Transplant apart around the last frost, 10-12” apart.  

Sowing Outdoors: After the last frost date, sow lightly and thin to 10-12” apart. 

Growth Habit: Upright, mounding, arching

Soil Needs: Average to rocky, dry, well-drained

Care: Water seedlings regularly until established. Amend soil with compost before transplanting. Trim back plants after they bloom for a second wave of flowers. Apply a liquid fertilizer every 3-4 weeks or use a time-release fertilizer at planting time.
