Loosely ruffled and frayed shell pink blooms. Petals have a deeper pink in the middle with a throat of pure white. Flowers arriving in double, semi double with some singles.

Annual

Germination:  7-30 days, chipping seed coat or soaking seeds overnight aids in germination.

Seed Planting Depth:  1/4" deep

Starting Indoors:   Start indoors 3-4 weeks before last frost. Provide 70-85 degree F soil temperature. Using peat, cow,or paper pots can help with the stress of transplanting, they grow delicate roots and successful transplanting may be challenging.Transplant into the garden after the last frost. Water seedlings regularly until established. 

Outside Sowing: After last frost, when soil is over 65 degrees F.

Growth Habit: Climbing, Trailing

Height and Width:  5-8 feet

Spacing: 12-18" apart

Light Needs :  Full sun

Soil Needs :  Well drained, poor to average 

Approximate days to flower from seed:  90 plus days. Blooms toward the end of summer, the middle of August until frost.

Uses:  Climbs trellises, fences and poles

Care:  Mulching helps retain moisture. Over fertilizing can result in low to no flowers.
