This parsley, which can be started indoors, direct seeded or grown in pots, always provokes a lot of comment in our trial gardens. Just about everyone says "That's a lot sweeter than the parsley I'm familiar with", and it is. A flat leafed type, it is not all that "Gigante", maybe a foot high. The dark green leaves, however, are very large and meaty with a remarkable flavor that is good all the way through the season. 600 seeds

Starting Indoors/Outdoors: Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. Provide 70-75 degree soil temperatures. Transplant 12-15" apart. Sow outdoors in spring after last frost. Sow a few seeds every 4-6 ", thin to 12-15" apart.
