Good choice

Here in NE Wisconsin we had an unusual growing season. Hot and dry for a good part of summer, then LOTS of rain for a few weeks. It was a good thing to start the radish seeds early as they not only marked my lettuce & carrot rows, they really grew well. And tasted delicious! The later season growing was not so productive or tasty. Even with watering almost daily during the dry spell, the germination was sketchy and they got woody very quickly. Hope 2022 turns out better as I really do enjoy eating radishes.

backyard gardener

I've been buying seeds from Pinetree since I started gardening many years ago, and have always been very happy with both process and quality of product. I definitely trust the descriptive info in the catalog. This year's weather and some experimenting with where I've planted things has created some not so great results with some germination and growth, but that's not on you. I'll continue to tell people about the quality of service and seeds (and the tasty results) - as for the radish mix, the results were poor, but I'm sure it's due to timing and environmental conditions - the greens were fine, but the roots were woody and the same happened with leftover seeds that did well in the past. Thanks for being there for us and keep up your good work.- you guys are super!
