Opal Creek Snap Pea (70 Days)
The Opal Creek Snap Pea is the first-ever yellow podded snap pea available to grow, bred by Peace Seeds and named after an old-growth forest in Oregon. White flowers turn into slender, pastel lemon pods, growing on robust, 6-foot vines that accept heat well, it was the last of ours to perish in this season trials. The Opal Creek Snap Pea is sweet, but not overly so, having a fresh pea taste, perfect for eating raw.
