The Mung Bean Sprouting Seed is the familiar large sprout used in Chinese cooking. They are ready to eat when they are 1 1/2 to 2 inches long and have a crisp taste similar to raw peas. (4-6 days)

Add 1 Tbsp of seeds to a jar and soak in water overnight. Drain the water off then rinse 2 times a day until harvest. Keep in a dark location with temperatures around 60-70ºF . Store in refrigerator
