Soft lilac shades are subtle in hanging baskets. Makes a great ground cover with lots of colors. Blooms can be very faded lilac to almost white in color. Try mixing them with the other wave colors for an even more striking effect.

Germination Temperature: Optimum soil temperatures 70-80ºF.
Seed Planting Depth: Sow on surface and press into soil
Starting Indoors: Start indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Provide 70-80ºF soil temperature. Transplant after the last frost, 12-28" apart. Water seedlings regularly until established.
Sowing Outdoors: We do not recommend starting petunia seeds outdoors

Care: When grown in containers petunias need to be fertilized and watered regularly. This will keep the plants blooming all season long. During the heat of summer, they will need to be watered a few times a week. When growing petunias in the ground amend the soil with compost before planting. Apply a liquid fertilizer every 1-2 weeks or use a time-release fertilizer at planting time.
