Annual 

Germination: 7-10 days

Seed Planting Depth: Sow on the surface, needs light to germinate

Starting Indoors:  Start indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Provide 70-75ºF soil temperature. Transplant after the last frost, 12-16" apart. Water seedlings regularly until established. 

Sowing Outdoors: After the last frost. Sow a few seeds together every 6-12"

Care: Deadhead to prolong blooms. When planted in the ground it requires little water once established and tolerates dry spells. When grown in containers it requires regular watering. Amend soil with compost before planting or apply liquid fertilizer a few times a season.
