Cute Stuff Pepoper

I was asked for this review on April 6, a snowy, 20 degree day in Iowa. Most of the pepper seeds germinated and are now under a grow light in the basement waiting for weather suitable for planting. I'll provide a follow-up at harvest time.

Good, productive pepper

We grow a lot of different varieties of peppers and this one is a workhorse. The plants were good-sized and produced an abundance of peppers, most of which had time to turn red. The peppers were early, which is also a big plus for my Vermont garden. These peppers are much easier to grow than a standard bell pepper. They taste good and are a great all purpose pepper. I highly recommend them and will grow them again.

Small reliable squash

I've grown this squash for a few years. I like that Gold Nugget grows more like a bush type squash and stays in its bed. It produces squash early, which is also a plus for my short Vermont season. It's the first squash that I start eating at the end of the summer. It stores well and each squash is a one person serving. In terms of flavor, it's consistent and good but not my favorite.

Cute Stuff Peppers

These were a joy to watch grow :) Each plant yeilded about 10 of the cutest peppers I have ever grown. I was patient enough to allow most to turn red. No notable pests or plant problems.
