Update about COVID-19 and Shipping Times Spring 2021

 

Please note: Currently, orders are leaving our facility in 2-3 days. 

We are incredibly grateful for the patience and trust you have given us as we worked to fill unprecedented demand with a reduced staff over the last year. Thankfully our team has remained healthy and and shown tireless dedication to our mission of  providing your families, friends and neighbors with the seeds and supplies necessary to nourish themselves and their communities. 

A few things to note:

-Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, we do not ship weekends.

-Many of the large carriers have experienced transit delays over the last year and those are likely to continue intermittently for the foreseeable future. Orders placed online will receive tracking information when the orders is shipped out of our facility. Due to the sporadic delays in carrier transit times, we are unable to guarantee transit times. 

 - We are currently working with a smaller staff and at this time phones are answered 8-3 Monday through Friday. We are answering emails, however our response time may be longer than usual. Please know that if you have an issue you can email us and we will get everything taken care of for you, it might just take longer than we'd like. 

- Inventory is limited due to an increased demand and limited supplies from our growers. We are not able to accept backorders for out of stock items. We are working diligently to get more varieties back in stock as quickly as possible. 

- Please note that once your order is submitted we are unable to accept any changes or adjustments. Our fulfillment system does not allow us to edit orders even at the best of times and we are still understaffed due to the pandemic so unable to make exceptions. We appreciate your understanding.

With respect to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are committed to the health and well being of our staff and continue to monitor the situation closely. We have many team members that prefer to stay home for now and we support them in that choice. While we do not have a brick and mortar retail store, we do offer local pick up of orders placed online or by email and those have all moved to a "curbside delivery" system for the safety of staff and customers. Once your order is placed, you can email us directly Tammy@superseeds.com with your order number, noting that you would like to pick up up your order. We will then refund the shipping and monitor your order in the fulfillment process. Once it is fulfilled, we will contact you to come pick it up but it could still take a few days, depending on everything in your order being currently packed and on shelves.
