Water seedlings regularly until established.

Sowing Outdoors: After the last frost, when soil is over 70ºF. Sow a few seeds every- short and single stem varieties 6-12" apart, branching varieties 18-24" apart. Thin to the most robust seedling. Sow a few weeks later for continuous blooms

Sunflowers

I was excited to see these sunflowers but I do believe the chipmunks ate them. I’ll have to try again next year. My experience with pine tree has been wonderful. Shipping was quick and I really like that the number of seeds is disclosed Will definitely order from you again!

Delightful flower

I ordered seeds from PineTree and received them promptly. These seeds germinated well. The flower is about 5 feet tall. A nice addition to the garden.

Strawberry Blonde Sunflower

I started the seeds, many seeds, in the house and unfortunately I ended up with tall spindly stalks. I repotted them still inside but many didn't survive being handled. I may have 1 or 2 that have survived transplanting outside but we'll see. I was so disappointed because I loved the look of these and was goingoing to share many of the plants. This has taught me to be patient and stick with just planting the seeds outside. I have had a problem with something eating the tops off the sunflowers I started lining my vegetable garden. So I wish I had good news and beautiful photos but it's my own fault, not the seeds. Otherwise my vegetable garden doing incredible so far this year.

Strawberry Blonde Sunflower

I love Pinetree Gardens! I am a long time customer and have never been disappointed. While I am going to recommend this sunflower I do not appreciate its more muted tones. It germinated without a problem and are quite lovely but I have discovered that I enjoy the more traditional bright yellow sunflowers.
