How Audacious Siberian Iris has a rich contrast of color; young petals are lavender, maturing into a deep purple with a yellow interior that has deep purple veining. Siberian Iris are a lovely addition to your perennial garden! They are a long-lived perennial that can tolerate all soil types and will grow in full sun to part shade. Grows to 34". Perennial zones 3-9.

PLANTING
Grow in full sun to part shade. Plant in sandy, loamy soil- tolerates all types, even heavy clay soil. Set the rhizomes 1 inch deep (2 inches, if the soil is sandy), 2 feet apart. Do not mulch around the rhizome as this may encourage rot.
