Heirloom. Generous clusters of blue-black grapes are excellent for fresh eating. Its Concord heritage is evident with its dependability and superb flavor. Ripens two weeks earlier than Concord. This slip-skin variety can remain in production for 50 years or more. Zones 4-8.
Plant in well-drained soil, high in organic matter, 2" deeper than the crown of the plant. Each plant should be about 5'-6' apart in rows running north to south for best sun exposure. Do not over-fertilize during the growing season but, keep well mulched to prevent roots from drying out.
