Wonderful Kale

This kale was the 1st I've planted. Very easy and quick to grow. Every morning we pick fresh, delicious leaves for our healthy smoothies. My 9, 16, and 18 year old boys love it.

Amazing Kale

I have been a long-time Pinetree customer. I have never been unhappy with the products or customer service. I follow a Nutritarian life-style and eat only things that have high nutritional value. Kale is at the top of that list. I started my kale seeds in March and the plants are STILL going strong and we just entered Oct. I am delighted!

Solid performer over long summer/fall

I don't have a lot of room so appreciate the cut & come again nature of these. They're compact, attractive and well-flavored and they remained tender well into September. Sow a bunch of these in a bed and then selectively harvest leaves over a long period of time for salads and cooked preparations.

TOo SOon to TEll-on dward blue curled kale

too soon to tell---but I have been meanibg to ask you--is there a way I can buy larger quantities of kale seed from you? I keep forgetting that the packets you send me only cover about 2 feet of row each--then I have to go down to the local hardware store and supplement w/ a BIG bag of kale seed...(?)thanks, SM

Low germ

Only 50% germinated. 2/4 that did germinate did so in only 5 days, though. I sowed 4 seeds indoors in late July so that I could have 1 or 2 plants through fall. Here's to hoping both of them survive! Glad I sowed double what I wanted.
