Purple Pak Choi (F1 Hybrid, 47 Days)
The Purple Pak Choi is a favorite in our trials, mostly because the very deep shade of purple really stands out, and it tastes very good. The Purple Pak Choi has distinctive purple leaves that are carried on light green stems. Mild flavor.

Tips: Purple Pak Choi needs to be provided with fertile soil, rich in organic matter from the very beginning of its growth in the garden. Provide adequate, even moisture for the best growth. Mulching helps retain moisture. Temperatures that are consistently hot or multiple days with temperatures under 50ºF may cause bolting.
