Rattail Radish (50-55 Days)

Unlike other radishes this one is grown for its seed pod, not its root. Indigenous to southern portions of Asia, the versatile pods are a staple for many gardeners around the world. The zesty radish flavor and snappy texture is adaptable in many recipes. Try experimenting with it. Begin harvesting seed pods at about 2 inches. Keep harvested to extend production throughout the season.

 40 seeds

Raphanus sativus
