How to Order Pinetree Garden Seeds Online (Tutorial)

Haven’t purchased from Pinetree Garden Seeds online store before? Don’t worry, we’ve created a quick tutorial that will guide you through the process and help you buy the products quicker!

Step #1 Finding the Products that You Want

Hover over the top menu for our wide variety of seeds to appear. You will want to choose the seeds that you are looking for.

We’ve decided to pick Broccoli seeds for this walkthrough. You’re going to want to move your mouse and click on the seed collection you want to explore. 

Step #2: Choose the Right Seeds & View Specific Products

Now that we’ve clicked Broccoli, we’re now looking at all the different varieties that Pinetree Garden Seeds offer for Broccoli seeds.

There are two options when viewing this page. We are able to click “add to cart” if we know what seeds we want without reading about watering, plant cycle, or other relevant information. If you want to learn more about a specific seed, click on the picture and it will open a new page with all information about Arcadia Broccoli. 

Step #3: Add to Cart or Continue Shopping

Now that you’ve read about the product, you are able to add a specific quantity of seed packets to your cart and get ready for checkout. If you don’t want Arcadia Broccoli and want to learn more about Green Magic Broccoli, repeat step 2.

Step #4: Where to Find Your Cart

Once you have added all the seed packets that you want, you will find your shopping cart in the top right-hand corner of our website.

Click on the shopping cart and this will take you to the billing process.

Step #5 Viewing Your Cart

After clicking the shopping cart in the top right-hand corner, this is the screen you will see. It will show you all the seeds and the number of packets you are ordering. If you’d like to increase or decrease the number of packets you can click on the “-“ or the “+.” 

When you are happy with your order click the green “checkout” button.

Step #6 Checking Out

We are first going to ask you for your personal information so we can get your package shipped to you quickly and efficiently. Please fill out all the fields correctly.

**Please note, if you have a discount code please enter it at any time during your checkout phase.

After completing the information, you will complete the shipping information. Please choose the shipping that is right for you.

Step #7: Enter Your Payment Information

 

How to Quick Order From Pinetree Garden Seeds

Do you have all your SKU# laid out and just want to quickly order your seeds without searching for each item? We offer a quick order feature that you can search for SKU#s and add them to your cart.

Step #1 Click "Quick Order" in the top Navigation

Step #2 Search for SKU Number or Product Name

 

Step #3 Add to Cart & Proceed to Checkout

We know the SKU# for Swiss Chard is W319, so we input it into the search bar and then add it to our cart. 

If the product sku is 1, 2, or 3 digits, place zeroes in front of the number to make it 5 digits (sku: 17 = 00017) to narrow the search. This will not work for 4 digit sku’s or sku’s with letters in them. Or search by the product name! 

Step #4 Proceed to Checkout

Follow steps 5 through 7 from above. Happy Shopping!
