|Short Description||This is a sugary enhanced (se) variety whose breeding traces directly back to a single inbred variety developed in the 1960's in Illinois, said to be the original sweet corn with the "se" gene. Refinements to it were necessary, leading many breeders to select varieties with earlier maturity, better plant characteristics, and high eating quality. Lancelot is one of these descendents. Large, full ears (over 8") have 16 to 18 rows of big, sweet, tender kernels with very good corn flavor.? 1.5 oz packet, approx 150 seeds|
