|Short Description||This is the most bolt-resistant Asian brassica that we have encountered. We harvested leaves from the three foot plants from June to October. Flavor is mild and sweet with just a touch of zesty pungency. Leaves can be used in the stead of both the heading Chinese Cabbages and the milder mustards in soups, stir-fries, with meats and sauces.
