Seed Planting Depth: Sow 1/4” deep

Starting Indoors: Start indoors 3-4 weeks before the last frost. Provide 70-80ºF soil temperature. Using peat, cow, or paper pots can help with the stress of transplanting, they grow delicate roots and successful transplanting may be challenging. Transplant into the garden after the last frost.

Sowing Outdoors: After the last frost, when soil is over 70 ºF. Sow a few seeds every 8-12".

Growth Habit: Climbing

Height: 5-8

Spacing: 8-12” apart

Light Needs:  Full sun

Soil Needs: Average to fertile, well-drained

Approximate days to flower from seed: 90 plus days. Blooms toward the end of summer, the middle of August until frost.
