Germination Temperature: Optimum soil temperatures 65-70ºF

Seed Planting Depth: Sow 1/4" deep

Starting Indoors: Start indoors 6-8 weeks before transplanting outdoors, 3-4 months before full-sized heads are needed, or 3-4 months before your first fall frost date. Transplant 12" apart.

Sowing Outdoors:  Around the last frost date or 3-4 months before your first fall frost date. Sow 2-3 seeds every 12", thin to the strongest seedling.
